MetaView processes entrusted data in accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). Entrusted data are the following items: name, surname, email address, country and the company you work for. The entrusted data collected by either MetaView or and MetaView partner/customer e.g. HPE is only used for your personal development and will never be shared with a third party. Data processing includes access, creating, saving, modification, deleting and recording of information. The data processing is an activity connected to training, personal development and coaching of users and respondents using MetaView’s E-Learning Platform, tools developed and owned by MetaView ApS. 

Protection of personal data:

The security of your personal information is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling of our clients' personal information. 

Recording of Sessions:

From time-to-time it may be necessary to record training sessions delivered online, for example in Zoom, or other online meeting tools. By accepting this agreement, you are consenting to being recorded.

This Privacy Policy Statement informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal information on this website. 

Responsible party:  

In terms of Data Protection, MetaView is responsible as Data Processor, while the respective sender of the information is responsible as Data Controller. 

Right to information, correction, deletion and blocking of data:

The personal data provided by you will only be stored until the program or request has been fulfilled and / to the extent required by law. If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or these have become incorrect, you have the right to request the deletion, blocking and correction of your data at any time (as far as this is possible according to the applicable law). Period for the removal of personal Data: 

Personal data are deleted after the expiry of statutory or contractual retention periods. If data is not affected by this, they will be deleted if their agreed purpose is omitted. 

How we use cookies: 

We use what is called cookies. To enable this, our server sends a cookie with a unique ID number to your computer when you visit the MetaView E-Learning Platform. Cookies are only used during the time you are active on the site. Without it you can not stay logged in at the site. A session cookie is stored only temporarily in your computer's working memory and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. We do not use persistent cookies. 

I want to be removed/forgotten from this service:

If you choose to be erased/forgotten you will not be able to access the MetaView E-Learning. All of your personal information will imminently be deleted and within 60 days all of your data will be deleted and impossible to restore.
